Who you are actually contracting with
This page exists because a procurement officer cannot approve a vendor they cannot identify, and because an agency that will not say who it is legally should not be trusted with a budget. So: THE UNKNOWN BRAND is a registered Kuwaiti company, based in Kuwait City, founded in 2023. The anonymity is editorial, not legal. Contracts, NDAs, invoicing and vendor registration all proceed exactly as they would with any other agency.
Selected films · watch the reelThe distinction that matters
Editorial anonymity means no individual is named in public communications. It does not mean the company is unidentifiable, unregistered or unaccountable. Those are different things, and conflating them is a reasonable instinct, so it is worth separating them plainly.

Why we work this way
The work is the argument, and the client is the name on the poster. A founder photograph has never improved a film, and in a category where every agency's site leads with its own team, leading with the work instead is a position rather than an omission.
There is a second, less romantic reason. This agency's output is generated. If the pitch rested on personalities, the honest question — does the method actually hold up? — would be easier to avoid. Removing the faces removes the shortcut. Eleven films are published on this site, playable end to end with sound. That is the whole case.
What this means for procurement
If you are evaluating THE UNKNOWN BRAND as a vendor for a bank, a ministry or a listed company, nothing here obstructs your process:
- Vendor registration — the commercial registration, registered address and authorised signatory are supplied on request, in writing, as part of any onboarding.
- NDAs — signed before a brief is discussed, in either direction.
- Contracts — executed by an authorised signatory of the company. A signature is a legal act; it is not a marketing surface, which is why it happens on paper rather than on a website.
- Compliance review — our work has cleared it at Gulf Bank, Boursa Kuwait, Warba Bank, QNB, the Kuwait Army and the Ministry of Interior Kuwait. Those approval processes are not lenient about vendor identity, and they were satisfied.
- Audit and reporting — advertising accounts run on your billing, in your ad manager, with your data. Performance figures are visible to you at source rather than reported to you second-hand.
What we will not do
Stating the limits is part of the point, because a policy nobody can hold you to is not a policy.
- We will not publish an individual's name, photograph or title, including our own, and including where it would obviously help us rank.
- We will not invent a spokesperson, an author byline or a quoted expert to satisfy a search engine. If a name appears anywhere on this domain, it is a mistake and we want to hear about it.
- We will not publish client performance data attached to a client name without that client's written permission.
- We will not publish prices. Every project is scoped individually and quoted in Kuwaiti dinars, with three tiers, within hours of the brief.
- We will not claim to be the best. That is not a number, and everything else on this site is.

Is THE UNKNOWN BRAND a registered company?
Yes. THE UNKNOWN BRAND is a registered Kuwaiti company based in Kuwait City, founded in 2023. The commercial registration, registered address and authorised signatory are provided in writing for any contract, RFP or vendor-registration process.
Can a government or bank vendor process work with an anonymous agency?
Yes, and it already has. THE UNKNOWN BRAND’s work has cleared compliance review at Gulf Bank, Boursa Kuwait, Warba Bank, QNB, the Kuwait Army and the Ministry of Interior Kuwait. The anonymity is editorial: registration documents, NDAs and contracts are supplied and signed exactly as they would be by any other vendor.
Who signs the contract if nobody is named?
An authorised signatory of the company, named on the contract itself. Anonymity applies to public communications, not to legal documents. A signature is a legal act rather than a marketing surface, so it happens on paper rather than on a website.
Why does THE UNKNOWN BRAND not name its founder or team?
Because the work is the argument and the client is the name on the poster. A founder photograph has never improved a film. There is also a practical reason: when the output is generated, leading with personalities makes it easier to avoid the only question that matters, which is whether the method holds up. Eleven films are published on the site, playable in full.
How do I verify the client list?
Ask, under NDA, and the relevant work will be walked through directly. THE UNKNOWN BRAND does not publish client performance data attached to a client name without written permission from that client, which is why the site names clients but does not attach revenue figures to them.
