CREATIVE, WITH RECEIPTS.

Our Accountability Standard

Premium creative work and responsible operations are the same product. This standard explains how we handle synthetic media, claims, rights, data, accounts, approvals and evidence.

1. We label evidence correctly

A portfolio item is first-party evidence. A client-owned publication or credit is corroboration. A performance result needs the source, period, denominator and attribution definition. We do not present one level as another.

2. We do not fabricate authority

No fake reviews, awards, press, addresses, team biographies, citations, community comments or client quotes. No Wikipedia article written to manufacture notability. External profiles use the same legal and operating facts as the website.

3. Synthetic people are governed

We do not impersonate a real person without explicit permission. Virtual characters are disclosed appropriately and cannot supply fake testimonials, qualifications or lived experience.

4. Products remain accountable to references

Geometry, packaging, label, colour, material and scale are checked against supplied references. Generated imagery is not used as proof of a regulated feature or real-world result.

5. Rights are written

The proposal distinguishes final deliverables, source files, client-supplied materials and third-party licences. No agency can transfer ownership of a model it does not own; it can document usage terms and the assets it creates.

6. Client accounts stay client-owned

Domains, stores, ad accounts, analytics, pixels and primary business profiles should remain under the client’s control. Access is granted to us and can be removed.

7. Measurement keeps its definitions

No ROAS, conversion, revenue or reach figure is published without the relevant source and methodology. Platform-reported revenue is labelled as such and is not silently called audited revenue.

8. Privacy is designed into portals

Client portals, proposals, approvals and admin tools are excluded from public indexing. Sensitive information is not added to public schema, sitemaps or AI retrieval files.

Frequently asked questions

Do you disclose AI use?

The disclosure approach is agreed for the use case, platform and audience. Synthetic people and potentially misleading scenes receive particular scrutiny.

Will you publish a client result without evidence?

No. Public performance claims require a source, period, definition, attribution method and approval to publish.

Who owns client accounts?

The client should own domains, stores, ad accounts, analytics and business profiles. The agency works through granted access.
