Pricing · scope before theatre
NO MYSTERY MATH.

How Our Pricing Works

We do not publish a universal rate card because the cost changes with the creative problem, continuity burden, rights, languages, review structure and number of final assets. We do explain the variables, so a buyer can compare proposals intelligently.

What changes the scope

  • Number and duration of final assets.
  • Product, character or environment continuity requirements.
  • Arabic and English copy, voice and subtitle needs.
  • Number of creative routes and approval stages.
  • Rights, licences, music, voice and supplied assets.
  • Format, localisation and platform version count.
  • Media management, reporting and landing experience.
  • Source-file and archive handover requirements.

What every proposal should show

The deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, review rounds, schedule, rights, payment milestones, client responsibilities and what happens when the scope changes. Media spend should be separate from service fees. Third-party licences should be visible. “Unlimited revisions” should not be used to hide an undefined process.

How to compare two agency quotes

Compare the same unit: number of concepts, final masters, versions, languages, review rounds, rights and handover. A low number for one master is not cheaper than a higher number for a complete campaign system. Ask which work is produced by the named supplier and which is subcontracted.

Payment and discount terms

Any advance-payment discount is written into the proposal with the service period, payment date, cancellation treatment and refund terms. It is never implied after approval. Retainer discounts, where offered, depend on paying the agreed service period in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no public price list?

Because shot complexity, continuity, languages, rights, versions and approvals materially change the work. A responsible quote needs those facts.

Is ad spend included?

Media spend and agency fees are itemised separately unless a proposal explicitly says otherwise.

Can a proposal include options?

Yes. Options should change scope in a visible way—such as concept depth, version count or ongoing support—not merely rename the same deliverable.
